Pat spent 10 years at Russell Investments prior to joining EG Business Metrics. In her role as the Head of Operations for the Implementation Services Division, she was responsible for leading multiple teams of analysts in Tacoma and London in pre & post trade portfolio analysis, settlement of trading activities across multiple asset classes and continuous process improvement across service lines. Pat collaborated with business development associates in taking new products to market by establishing risk-controlled, scalable processes and reporting for new client deliverables. To support growing business lines, Pat facilitated business systems implementation in key operational areas including portfolio accounting, back-office outsourcing and multiple technological enhancement initiatives. Prior to her role as COO, Pat was a founding member of a team that launched the Russell Investments’ derivative overlay business to deliver custom solutions to large institutional investors. A product line that has grown to over $60 billion in AUM. Pat holds an MBA and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University and has held NASD 7, 24, 63 & 65 registrations.
